Josh and Maria's Wedding today!
I had the joy of shooting this lovely couples wedding this morning. If you scroll a few posts down you'll see a few photos from the engagement session we earlier this month and today was their big day. It was quite a success with lots of great family, friends and workers that hosted this event. This was done at the Inspirador in Chandler and I would recommend this place to future couples looking for a place to have their wedding.
Here are a few quick preview pictures from the wedding! I really enjoyed working with them and I hope they enjoyed working with me.

Light Photography Workshop with Michael Williams and Dave Honl
I just got home from a great workshop that Michael Williams and Dave Honl hosted for us folks in Phoenix this afternoon. They are two great guys that taught me a lot and really have expanded my lighting techniques. I look forward to using my new skills in future shoots.
Here are a few photos from the new techniques I learned this afternoon:
A picture of Michael Williams, this was shot at f/4, 1/125 ISO 200 with tungsten white balance, used a single strobe 1/4 power with a Honl Speedgrid and a CTO Honl gel over the strobe.

Here is a shot of Christie, this was shot at f/14, 1/200 ISO 100 with a single strobe and using a Honl gold reflector.

Lastly here is a photo of me with Michael Williams (left) and Dave Honl (right) after the workshop. I look forward to attending another workshop hosted by either of them the next time they visit Phoenix.

Kurt Warners Ultimate NFL Experience 2010
On Saturday March 6th, I had another opportunity to photograph this years Kurt Warner's Ultimate NFL Experience. This event is part of Kurt and Brenda Warner's First things First Foundation. Corporate sponsors from around the valley buy a spot to be part of this day long flag football event. Big named NFL stars are here to be the quarterback of each sponsored team.
This years NFL stars included:
Kurt Warner, Anquan Boldin, Marshall Faulk, Larry Fitzgerald, Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan, Michael Strahan, Sean Morey, Chris Miller, Philip Rivers and Aaron Rodgers.
I was able to capture some great moments of these NFL stars strutting their talents with all their fans. Please keep an eye on the site for upcoming photos from the event. I also wanted to toss out a big thanks to Garrett for getting me a ticket into the gates, it was a lot of fun and I look forward to doing this next year!

E Session with Josh and Maria @ Freestone Park
Yesterday I had a great time with Josh and Maria at the Freestone Park in Gilbert, AZ. It was a beautiful 77 degree day here in Arizona so we all really enjoyed that. This was my first time shooting at Freestone Park and it's got a lot of great spots for some amazing photo opportunities. We made the best of what we had and just had fun. Eric
